Adshires Fancy Dress. These Terms and Conditions are for your benefit so please read them carefully . They apply to the use of this Website www.adshires.co.uk/fancydress and or its Web Apps equivalent and or its APPs equivalent. By accessing and using this website, Web App or App and using this website to place an order you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions even if you do not order from us. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions please do not use this Website.

1. INTRODUCTION
1. Please read these Terms and conditions carefully. We reserve the right to revise and update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice so please return and read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
2.4 If you have selected an item that is not in stock we will try to contact you as quickly as we can. We will try to do this within 24 hours (except on weekends and bank/public holidays when we normally do not work). Please note that at busy times of the year including prior to Halloween and Christmas we cannot guarantee to contact you within this time.
3. PRICING
3.1 The prices shown against each item includes VAT where applicable at the current rate but does not include postage and packing charges: these are shown separately.
3.2 The prices quoted on the website are subject to change from time to time. The current price shown on the website is the price you will be charged. Any variation to the price shown must be confirmed in writing by Adshires before your order is accepted by us.
3.3 We will try to make sure that the prices and all other information on the website are accurate but we are not liable for anything that happens due to errors that may appear to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3.4 All the products on the website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website are in stock and are available and ready for dispatch. Display of an item on the website is not an indication that the item is in stock.
3.5 Accepted orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed on our website except on weekends and bank/public holidays when we normally do not work. Please note that at busy times of the year including prior to Halloween and Christmas we cannot guarantee this dispatch time.
4. CANCELLATION
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to cancellation.fancydress@adshires.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
5. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:
5.1 you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material
You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
6. SERVICE ACCESS
6.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
6.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
7. VISITOR MATERIAL AND CONDUCT
7.1 Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to this Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligations with respect to such material. 9.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

All items are sent by Royal Mail or courier Next Day Delivery (excluding weekends & bank holidays)
Orders below £10.00 - Delivery Charge: £6.95
Order above £10.00 - Delivery Charge: £4.95
Next Day Courier (must be ordered before 2pm for delivery next da - all ordy by 6pm) - All orders £8.95
