Films and TV have given us a wealth of fancy dress costumes to choose from. Whether you prefer a long flowing princess dress or a funky cartoon Animal outfit, there is something for you. Kids love themed costumes, and know all about the latest TV characters and film heroes. Disney fancy dress costumes are always popular, with Toy Story characters such as Buzz and Woody being the favourites. The 80s Ghostbusters costumes can be worn for either regular fancy dress or as a Halloween costume.
Halloween Costumes from the films
Chucky, Freddy, Jason and the Adam’s Family are popular Halloween costumes. These horror films are classics, and the make-up, outfits and Accessories are available to buy online, or you can have a go at making the costumes yourself and just buy the necessary accessories.
Adult hooded capes can turn an everyday outfit into a Halloween costume. Ladies can wear a sexy dress and men can wear black trousers underneath a long hooded cape. Add a long wig, a pointed hat or some gruesome make-up, to transform the everyday clothes into a Vampire costume. Disney fancy dress
Disney films have their own range of fancy dress costumes for men, Ladies and children. Cinderella dresses, Belle costumes and Snow White are princess fancy dress costumes to be reckoned with. They are pretty, bold and beautiful and will make you or your daughter feel like the belle of the ball. Men aren’t left out, with dashing Prince Charming suits or swashbuckling Pirate costumes. High School Musical has a huge following, and any Disney fan would be proud to wear one of these costumes; Gabriella, Sharpay and Troy costumes are colourful and fun. There are also cheerleader costumes, complete with the High School Musical pompoms.
Toy Story has some great characters, and Woody, Jesse and Buzzlightyear are all catered for. These are available as adults and childrens costumes, so you can fit out the whole family out with their own Toy Story costume.
Two most famous mice, Mickey and Minnie, are ideal costumes for Disney fans. You can buy adult Minnie and Mickey costumes singly, or buy both outfits as a combination couple. The red, white and black outfits look great for a cartoon, Disney or regular themed party. They come in kids sizes too, and a family dressed in Mickey and Minnie mouse costumes is sure to cause a stir. They are colourful, easy to wear and are instantly recognisable.
Ghostbusters
The Ghostbuster costumes are classic and this 1984 film is still a favourite. The 80s fancy dress costumes include brown jumpsuits, and the ghost busting backpacks needed to conquer the errant ghosts. These outfits suit the whole family, with children’s sizes and sexy Ghostbuster Ladies costumes.
