Want to help your local or international charity raise money? Fancy dress plays a huge part in fund raising.
There are so many worthy causes that it can be difficult to choose which charity to support. Everyone has a favourite charity, dear to their heart, but you can also give support to new charities by joining their walk or fun run, and there is always the bonus of making new friends along the way. It’s also a good excuse to wear your favourite fancy dress costume!
Wigs and facial hair – We can’t miss out the wigs; they are so popular every year. Silver, neon and gold wigs for the girls and pirate or shag wigs for the men. We just love the team photos!
Costumes – If your team hasn’t got an official T shirt to wear, go for an outfit. There are lots to choose from that are suitable.
Fairy, Witch and warlock are easy to wear and won’t make you too hot when running.
French maids are a classic group fancy dress choice, and you can add a sexy secretary or DIY Babe to this work group. For a saucier look, wear red lipstick and fish net stockings.
Yo Ho Ho - Pirate costumes are plentiful, and the shorter dresses and ragged trousers are perfect for your run. Finish it off with heavy eye make up and some piratey accessories. A stuffed parrot on the shoulder is a nice touch.
